We seek to invest in companies with proven business models, that are at an inflection point in their development. Companies should have the opportunity to grow both organically, and perhaps through acquisition. Ideally companies in which we invest have a visible path to double or triple their earnings over a three to five year period.
We create value by applying Eos’ extensive experience, strategic judgment and financial markets expertise. We believe value creation will ultimately be generated more through growth than as a result of financial leverage. We use leverage modestly and do not believe a company’s growth opportunities should be constrained by its balance sheet.
At Eos, we believe it is of critical importance to create strong incentives through significant equity participation by senior management. Our partnership structure allows us complete flexibility in tailoring an investment to meet the objective of a seller, management team, or company. Eos also has unique flexibility in executing transactions, closing investments rapidly, and maintaining a long-term investment perspective.
