Eos Credit Opportunities’ (“ECO”) objective is to generate stable and predictable long-term returns from corporate credit, through high current income and capital appreciation. ECO’s primary focus is the BB/B segments of the performing US high-yield and leveraged loan credit markets, with an ability to invest in select event driven opportunities. We employ a research-driven, value-oriented investment process that seeks to identify debt securities of companies with highly defensible business characteristics and flexible capital structures that ultimately allow for a high certainty of consistent returns through the business cycle. Our flexible investment approach enables us to act as a buyer in market opportunities when securities trade below our estimate of intrinsic value.
ECO has also developed and adopted an Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) policy to integrate these topics into our investment analysis where they can influence risk-adjusted returns.
