Current Investments

In September 2022, Eos invested in Gulf Pacific, a value-added packager and processor of high-quality specialty foods and ingredients including healthy and organic rice varieties, rice-flour ingredients, ancient grains, heirloom beans and spice blends. As a part of the transaction Southwest Spices was acquired and integrated into the Gulf Pacific business.

In 2018, Eos invested in Legacy Supply Chain Services, a leading national third-party logistics company specializing in contract logistics, value-added warehousing and distribution, freight brokerage, and transportation solutions.

ShelterPoint Life (formerly First Rehab Life) is a leader in the short term disability market and a provider of ancillary employee benefits through a network of over 6,000 agents and brokers, insuring more than 150,000 businesses and 1.4 million lives with licenses in 48 states and territories.

In May 2022, Eos invested in MetaSource, a provider of technology-enabled business process outsourcing and digital transformation solutions to a variety of end-markets including financial services, government, healthcare, retail and transportation.

In early 2017, Eos invested in South Mill Mushrooms Sales and Kaolin Mushroom Farms (collectively "South Mill"). Based in Kennett Square, PA, South Mill is a producer and distributor of fresh mushrooms and operates one of the largest indoor facilities in the US.  In late 2017, South Mill merged with Champ's Mushrooms, a mushroom provider and distributor located outside Vancouver, Canada.  The combination of South Mill and Champs established the number 3 producer and distributor of mushrooms in the US and Canada.
