Eos Special Situations Equity (ESSE)

Evan Steen is the portfolio manager for ESSE. ESSE seeks to identify special situations in the stock market that allow us to invest in growing companies with quality management at reasonable prices. Once identified, ESSE will take concentrated positions in several names and continue to monitor and research the companies with an owner's perspective.

These situations often arise when companies are involved in some kind of transforming event such as spin-offs, or corporate restructurings or changes in management. The companies tend to be small and mid cap and less followed by investors.
