Prior to joining Eos, Sam was the Chief Executive Officer of two different companies built through consolidation of fragmented industries. Before his experience as CEO, Sam was the Executive Director of Development at Hospitality Franchise Systems, after first spending three years in investment banking at Salomon Brothers.
Sam has a B.A. and M.B.A. in finance from the University of Michigan.
