Pacer International, Inc. -
In 1997, Eos sponsored a management-led buyout of a logistics/transportation business from Union Pacific Corp. This included structuring, negotiating and providing the majority of the equity in the transaction. Beginning with approximately $80 million of revenue at the time of the acquisition, Pacer acquired five related businesses and grew its existing operations to a revenue run-rate of over $350 million. The company was sold within two years of our investment.
