Prior to joining Eos, Marisa was a Legal and Compliance Associate at Shumway Capital Partners LLC. Previously, she was a Legal and Compliance Associate at Basso Capital Management, L.P.
Marisa has a B.A. from Lafayette College and a J.D. from New York Law School.
